HAPPY VALENTINES' DAY

Feliz dia de San Valentin.

In order to celebrate this Valentines' Day, I participate in a swap in the Curse of the Crafter group. The purpose of the exchange was to modify a matchbox for this day, here is what I did.

Con el fin de celebrar este Día de San Valentín, participe en un intercambio en el grupo "Curse of the Crafter". La finalidad del intercambio fue modificar una caja de fósforos para el día de hoy, esto es lo que hice.

I made a vintage style box, I chose white chocolates and decorate to combine.



Hice mis cajitas en un estilo antiguo, escogi chocolates blancos y los decore para que combinaran.

I also include a note and I closed it with a little crochet heart and a pop up card.

Tambien inclui una nota la cual cerre con un corazón tejido y una tarjeta dimensional.

I'm so glad for the boxes received.

Estoy muy contenta con las cajas que recibi.

This is the box that I got from Jennifer Vinson, beautiful, simple and sexy.

Esta es la caja que recibi de Jennifer Vinson, hermosa, simple y sexy.

And this from Trasey Hutchinson, delicate, romantic and lovely. Trasey also include some presents, that I totally love.

SPECIAL CARD

Una tarjeta especial

As every year, I like to make a special card for my husband on Valentine's Day. This year I am using photographs of our avatars instead of ours. I love the result!.

Como todos los años, me gusta hacer una tarjeta especial para el mi esposo en el dia de San Valentin. Este año en estoy usando fotografias de nuestros avatares en lugar de las nuestras. el resultado me encanto!.


I used my favorite washi tape.

Use mi washi tape favorita.

I made 2 different pockets for gift cards.

Hice 2 bolsillos diferentes para poner tarjetas de regalo.

I just need to put the special message for my hubby.

Solo me falta escribir el mensaje especial para mi esposo.

Looks like I'm ready for Valentines's day.

 Me parece que estoy lista para el dia de San Valentin.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR.

El amor esta en el aire.

We are getting close to the month of love and friendship, I made a card/ornament for my husband.


Como nos estamos acercando al mes del amor y la amistad, hice una tarjeta/adorno para mi esposo.

My doggie also has a best friend, so I decided to make one for his mom. I hope she like it.

Mi Perrita tambien tiene un mejor amigo, asi que decidi hacer una para su mama, Espero le guste.

Well,  now you have an idea for a card for that special someone in your life.

Bueno, ahora tienes una idea para hacer una tarjeta para ese alguien especial en tu vida.

10th DAY OF CHRISTMAS

10o. Dia antes de Navidad

For today I want to share something that my friend Vickie Sia Jones show me how to make and I really like it. you can put it in your Christmas tree with a little present inside.

Para hoy quiero compartir algo que me enseño a hacer mi amiga Vickie Sia Jones y que realmente me encanto. puedes ponerlo en el arbol de Navidad con un pequeño regalo adentro.

You will need:

6 x 6" piece of paper.
1 embellishment (optional)
Ribbon to put it in the tree.

Necesitaras:

Una pieza de papel de 6 x 6 "
Un adorno (opcional)
liston para ponerlo en el arbol.

Fold the paper in half as shown.

Dobla el papel a la mitad como se muestra.

Then fold one point to 1/3 of the opposite side.

Luego doble una punta la altura de 1/3 del lado opuesto.

Repeat the same fold in the other side.

Repite el mismo doblez del otro lado.

Then fold one of the triangular pieces of the top to the botton.

Luego dobla una de las piezas triangulares para abajo.

Now that you know that all the folds are ok, glue them and put the embellishement in the front.

Ahora que ya sabes que todos los bobleces coinsiden pegalos y pon el adorno en la parte de enfrente.

The last thing to do, is to put the ribbon and is done.

La ultima cosa por hacer es poner el liston y esta listo.

February, the month of love!

Febrero,  mes del amor!


Who can resist celebrating the month of love and friendship? Not me. I love to have one more chance to celebrate with my friends that I have them in my life and I got inspire. Here I share the cards I've done.

¿Quién puede resistirse a celebrar el mes del amor y la amistad? Yo, no. Me encanta tener una oportunidad más para celebrar con mis amigos el tenerlos en mi vida, me inspire y aquí comparto las tarjetas que he hecho.

NYC CARD,

Tarjeta de Nueva York.

Well, now it was the turn to my nephew and thinking  about him I create this card, I hope he likes it as much as do.  It is a little bit of New York so he can always remember that here he has an aunt who loves him and miss him. 

Bueno, ahora le tocó el turno a mi sobrino y pensando en él hice esta tarjeta, espero que le guste tanto como lo a mi. Es un pedacito de Nueva York para que siempre recuerde que aquí tiene una tía que lo quiere y echa de menos.
